In 1985, two enterprising young men in their 20's sat down in an office condominium in Hong Kong, trying to figure out a banner product for their newly-founded consulting company, SysPro Systems (HK) Ltd. It was then that the vision for a customized financial software was born.

Allan Casilao, one of the partners who was equipped with knowledge in Clipper™ Programming and dBase™ III, created the first structural design of a robust accounting software. The un-named software was customized and implemented in hundreds of companies in South East Asia and the Far East.

But as the software matured in stability, life had to move on for the two friends. Mr. Casilao went back to Manila and co-founded Businesscorp Systems Inc. with two former Andersen Consulting executives in 1994.

Under this company, the software was ported to Microsoft Access and Visual Basic. Some modules were developed to add-on to Accpac™, Platinum™, Solomon™ and Great Plains™.

Now, Mr. Allan Casilao spearheads One Net Avenue Systems Inc. with the same vision he had two decades ago. Now, that vision has a name, Adversaria™, the word used during the Roman Empire to refer to accounting ledgers. A perfect name indeed.
